Mostly there tends to be some clustering of worlds people come from, where you'll get someone from one world, then not to long after more people from it will arrive, almost like it's easier for other people to travel along whatever brought them here once that pathway's been open... but it doesn't hold for all worlds either, and it's not really restricted to one time all the time either.
