[ Not that Joshua had really expected a cave named "Ice Path" to be any different, but after having been out in the nice June sun for a while and with summer approaching, he hadn't exactly been ready for it to be ] Freezing.

[ He mutters it under his breath as he turns the video on. As enjoyable a training exercise as this was, Joshua is very much wishing he had a third fire type. He wasn't about to bring his second and have it suck his life energy dry to keep him warm for a day. ]

If any of you are finding it a bit too warm outside, I have a wonderful suggestion for you.

[ The video shows Joshua bundled up in a winter coat, surrounded by a sea of purple fur, though it's hard to make out exactly what's the source of that fur from the angle of the video. His face is flushed with cold and he looks distinctly unamused. ]

In the interest of distracting me from my own fun, what would you do to keep cool in the heat? Here is fine, but I'm curious about back in your own worlds in particular.

And for when you need to go outdoors, or when your air conditioning breaks, or anything of that nature?

Did you live near to the beach?

Mmm, a little bit away. We have to take the train to get there first.

Did you go very often?

A few times a year. It's very very cold if you don't go in the summertime~

Have you been to any of the beaches here yet?

[She shook her head.] Nope! But I want to while it's still nice and warm outside.

They're quite nice. Of course, like anywhere else, you need to be careful of wild Pokemon...

Is there a beach in particular you like?

Hmm... I'd have to admit I'm a bit biased towards Olivine. After spending a while cooped up inside, having that be the first place I visited outdoors afterwards endeared me towards it more than I might have been otherwise.

I'll guess I will have to visit it when I get the chance~ I'm still in Cherrygrove right now.

Outdoor work is best done in the mornings and evenings, and a properly built structure can be kept relatively cool even in the heat of the day, of course.

*said in the tone of someone repeating things that clearly everyone should already know...*

And what about when you don't have the leisure to save your work for the less harsh times of the day?

I've been here for a while. Plenty of time to see all the beaches, at least in Johto. I haven't had quite long enough to visit all of Kanto yet.

Then either you're so desperate there's no helping it for that particular instance, or more likely, you've done a rather poor job of planning things.
