Does anyone want to let me in on what's going on? I can't say that falling asleep then waking up in a different place is something I experience often, and when it is it's usually a certain someone's fault, but he doesn't seem to be around at the moment. So I suppose anyone who cares to answer this will have to do.

Over a hundred? How did we all get here?

Aaa... I'm not really sure of that either! [[rubbing the back of his head now.]] It might just be a function of this world, to give the pokemon more people to take care of them, since everything else about this world seems based around them. People really don't talk about it too much so I'm not really sure what everyone else's theories are....

In other words, no one knows. A veritable mystery!

Pretty much! One without many clues either.

I can't imagine it would have gone unsolved by a hundred people if it had been otherwise. Are there at least any existing leads?

Not that I can think of... [[ponder ponder ponder]] It doesn't really seem to have very many patterns for how it even works.

What patterns are there?

Mostly there tends to be some clustering of worlds people come from, where you'll get someone from one world, then not to long after more people from it will arrive, almost like it's easier for other people to travel along whatever brought them here once that pathway's been open... but it doesn't hold for all worlds either, and it's not really restricted to one time all the time either.

... What sort of worlds do people come from? [ Is he going to meet himself again, because that was amusing last time. ]

All sorts of different ones, though most of them seem to be just minor variations of the same basic Earth, though some people are from other planets entirely!

Other planets? Hee hee, sounds intriguing. So they aren't just limited to Earth. The mystery deepens!

Un! It's pretty interesting really!

Does that make them aliens?

Technically it would, wouldn't it? But they look just like normal people... It might more be that they're regular people who just live on other planets, really, since Earth to them was an alternate world that you could only magically summon people from.

... I think you'll need to run that one by me again.

Aaaa-- sorry! The place I'm thinking of, Earth to them is a sort of mythical place that they summon magical girls from.

Well that sounds like an interesting world to me.

[[And Bakura can't help but laugh as well]] Like something out of an anime, ne? There's even mecha and everything! It's amazing to hear the stories of it.

Quite the anime, I'd imagine. So we're now living in a video game, there are people from what might as well be fiction, to them we're from a magical dimension... Hee hee, all we need is a Slammurai and the fourth wall will be no more.

Slammurai? [[sounds like a Duel Monster's card with a name like that...]]

Characters from a popular TV show back in my world. Not the same in yours, then, I take it. [ Which ironically enough were their own breach of the 4th wall in-game. ]

If it is, it's not one I've seen. Though I don't really follow too many TV shows... [[a little sheepish there. He just watches one or two anime sometimes, but mostly, free time is for games!]] But my world does seem to be a bit different than everyone else's with what it likes.
