Feather 4 [Video/Action for Violet City]

So, these badges. Is there actually a point to them besides collecting them? I'm sure they make lovely conversation pieces, but I'm looking for a bit more than that.

And an unrelated question. Are comas a common occurrence around here? Humor my curiosity.

[ The woman at the Pokemon Center had seemed remarkably unperturbed that he'd been asleep for over a month. ]

R-Really? Hmmm... I have one kind of like that too, actually! Er... Not a Gardevoir, I mean. A Pokemon that's colored differently than the norm... I'm still not sure why myself...

A Pawniard! He's blue when they're normally red... And they're kind of rare, so it was kind of shocking when I learned they're not all supposed to be blue...

Hmm... Is it a coincidence they're both blue, do you think?

I... I hadn't thought of that! Maybe Pokemon colored with blue have some kind of special meaning or significance or some secret power hidden away...?

Possibly! But what of those that are naturally blue, then?

An interesting idea! Though wouldn't it make more sense for them to do something like turn a different shade of blue?

Hmmmmmmmmmm...!! This is suddenly a puzzling topic...! I wonder if it's similar to how they color chicks by injecting dye into the egg...?

--eh?! N-No... I, um... Mine actually came out of an egg. You mean yours didn't? Huh... That kind of tosses a giant wrench in the gears of my theory...

Well, I assume it came out of an egg at one point or another. But I never saw that egg, hee hee.

... not yet? If there's any other difference I'd probably need to see what a normal one is like to some extent...

A similar situation to mine, then. At least it doesn't seem like something akin to being overly-aggressive or the like, hmm? [ Unlike creatures that were oddly colored from back home. ]
