So, these badges. Is there actually a point to them besides collecting them? I'm sure they make lovely conversation pieces, but I'm looking for a bit more than that.

And an unrelated question. Are comas a common occurrence around here? Humor my curiosity.

No, they're taught by certain devices.

Like these, as I understand, but while most of these can only be used once, the special techniques can be taught multiple times.
